The foundation of the Ovée formula. Rich in linoleic acid — an essential fatty acid consistently found to be depleted in dry and eczema-prone skin — sunflower oil helps to restore the barrier from within rather than sitting on top of it. Well studied for dry, sensitive and eczema-prone skin — it supports the skin’s natural lipid production and helps strengthen the skin barrier over time.

Rich in oleic acid, plant sterols and vitamins A, D and E, avocado oil absorbs readily into the upper layers of the skin. It nourishes deeply and supports barrier repair — particularly effective for adult skin that has become rough, thickened or persistently dry over time.

Oat Kernel Oil
Cold-pressed from sustainably grown Swedish oats, oat kernel oil contains ceramide-like lipids that mirror the skin's own barrier fats — the same lipids depleted in eczema-prone skin. A lightweight but deeply nourishing oil that sits at the heart of the Ovée formula.

Technically a liquid wax, jojoba closely resembles the skin's own sebum in molecular structure. Dr Tim's hero ingredient. One of the most effective natural emollients available, shea butter combines deep nourishment with genuine occlusive protection — sealing moisture into the skin without the heaviness of paraffin-based alternatives. Colloidal Oatmeal
A well-established ingredient in dermatology, long used to soothe dry, itchy skin. Contains avenanthramides that calm reactive, irritated adult skin.
Theobroma Cacao
Cocoa Seed Butter
An occlusive plant butter that forms a protective layer on the skin's surface, slowing moisture loss and contributing to the cream's rich, nourishing texture.
Aloe Barbadensis Leaf
Aloe Vera
Provides soothing hydration and balances the richness of the oils and butters in the formula. Gentle on reactive skin and contributes to a comfortable, non-greasy finish.
Bisabolol & Glycerin
Soothing & Sealing
Bisabolol (from chamomile) helps calm and soothe reactive skin. Glycerin is a well-established humectant that draws moisture into the skin and prevents water loss — especially important for eczema-prone adult skin.
