Our commitment to you

30 days. One promise.

We put the 30-day skin promise on the homepage because we stand behind these formulas. Here’s exactly what it means — and why 30 days is the number that matters.

Skin doesn't change overnight.

The outermost layer of the skin — the stratum corneum — renews itself roughly every 28 to 30 days. For children with eczema-prone or sensitive skin, that cycle matters. A new moisturiser needs time to work with the skin’s natural process, not just sit on the surface.

Most parents trying a new product for their child give up after a week if they don’t see an immediate change. In our experience — both from Dr Tim’s clinic and from the feedback we receive — the clearest difference tends to emerge after consistent use over three to four weeks.

30 days gives Ovée a fair trial. It gives your child’s skin time to respond. And it gives us the confidence to make a promise around it.

The commitment

Not happy after 30 days? We want to hear from you.

If you try Ovée consistently for 30 days and you’re not happy — for any reason — email us at info@oveeskinhealth.com and tell us what happened.

We’ll listen, and we’ll do our best to make it right. That might mean advice from Dr Tim on how to get the most from the product. It might mean a goodwill gesture. Either way, we won’t leave you stuck.

We are a family business. There is no corporate complaints process here. You’ll get a real reply from a real person who genuinely cares about your child’s skin.

What the promise doesn't mean

This is not a medical guarantee.

Ovée is a cosmetic skincare product — not a medicine. It is not a treatment for eczema, and we will never describe it as one. Eczema is a chronic condition that requires proper medical management, and Dr Tim would be the first to say that our cream is a support to that process, not a replacement for it.

We also can’t promise that Ovée will work identically for every child. Skin is individual. What we can promise is that every ingredient in our formula was chosen with clinical care, that we have removed everything known to commonly cause irritation in children, and that if something isn’t working for your family, we want to know about it.

The 30-day skin promise is a confidence statement — our way of saying we believe in this formula, we built it to the highest standard we know, and we think if you give it a proper trial, you’ll see why.

Why we're confident

A formula built to earn this promise.

Our Baby & Child Moisturising Cream was developed by Dr Tim Clayton — Consultant Paediatric Dermatologist at Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital, with over 20 years of clinical experience treating eczema and sensitive skin in children.

Every ingredient was chosen for a reason:

Colloidal oat — well-established evidence for soothing dry, irritated skin.
Shea butter — rich in fatty acids that support the skin barrier.
Sunflower seed oil — high in linoleic acid, beneficial for barrier function.
Avocado oil — a natural emollient with good skin compatibility.
Aloe vera — a gentle, cooling humectant.

Nothing in the formula is there for fragrance, padding, or cost-cutting. It is also free from parabens, paraffin and perfume — the three ingredients Dr Tim consistently found most likely to cause problems in the children he treated. That level of care is what gives us the confidence to make this promise.

Getting the most from 30 days

A few notes from Dr Tim.

Apply it generously. Emollient therapy only works when applied liberally. A thin layer isn’t enough — use a good amount and work it gently into the skin.

Apply it consistently. Twice daily as a minimum. After baths is ideal, when the skin is still slightly warm.

Apply it everywhere. Not just on visible patches. The skin that looks clear is still compromised in children with eczema. Keeping it moisturised everywhere reduces the frequency of flare-ups.

Don’t expect overnight results. If your child’s skin is very dry or inflamed at the start, it may take a couple of weeks before you notice a meaningful change. That’s normal. Stick with it.

Ready to try it?

Not sure where to start? The 50ml size is a lower-cost way to try the formula before committing to the full tub. Same formula — no compromise.
