Dr Tim Clayton is a dermatologist with over 25 years experience in clinical dermatology. He has worked in several countries and is an executive board member and secretary of the British Society for Paediatric and Adolescent Dermatology. Dr Tim is an honorary senior lecturer at the University of Manchester. He is the lead for paediatric dermatology at the Royal Manchester Children's Hospital and Salford Royal Hospital. He also has a clinic in North Wales.

Andrew Clayton has over 40 years global retail and merchandising experience managing and developing skin care ranges both in the UK and Internationally. He has led teams in many countries and is a highly regarded retail management consultant.

Chris Clayton is a highly experienced Production Manager. He lives in Stockholm, Sweden, together with his partner and two year old daughter Nancy. A Manchester graduate, he moved to Stockholm 10 years ago and is fluent in Swedish.

Sam Clayton is an experienced Project Manager working for the NHS. He graduated in Leeds and he has managed projects and led teams in Australia and Sweden.
