Subscription Terms
Eczema-prone skin needs moisturising every day, indefinitely. That is not a marketing line — it is how emollients work, and it is what Dr Tim tells every family he sees. Running out is the single most common reason a routine falls apart.
A subscription just means the next bottle turns up before you run out. Here is exactly how it works, and exactly how to stop it.
What you get
Free UK delivery on every order. No minimum spend, whatever the order value.
Up to 15% off every order, for as long as you subscribe. Not an introductory rate that quietly goes up — the same discount on your twelfth delivery as on your first. How much you save depends on how often you have it delivered:
| Delivery frequency | You save |
|---|---|
| Every month | 15% |
| Every 6 weeks | 12% |
| Every 2 months | 10% |
You will see the exact subscription price on each product page, right next to each delivery frequency, so you can compare all three before you choose. UK delivery is free on every one of them, regardless of order value.
How often it arrives
You choose: monthly, every 6 weeks, or every 2 months — and, as above, the more often it comes the more you save. Monthly suits most families using the 150ml bottle twice daily as directed, which is why it carries the biggest discount, but you know your own usage better than we do — and you can change it whenever you like.
Your discount follows your frequency. If you switch — say, from monthly to every 2 months — future orders are discounted at the rate shown against the frequency you move to. You keep the subscription, the free UK delivery and the 30-Day Skin Promise either way, and the renewal email we send before every delivery always states the amount you are about to be charged.
If you are getting through it faster or slower than expected, email us and we will change the frequency or the quantity for you — you do not have to cancel and start again.
When you are charged
Your first payment is taken when you place the order. After that, you are charged on the same date each cycle, and the order ships straight away.
We will email you before every renewal, with the date, the amount, and a direct link to change, skip or cancel it. You will never be charged without warning.
Changing or cancelling — all of it self-service
Everything below you can do yourself, from your account, in a couple of clicks. No phone call, no email, no form to fill in, no one trying to talk you out of it:
- Skip the next delivery
- Pause for a while
- Change the delivery address
- Change the payment card
- Cancel, completely, any time
Need more than one bottle per delivery, or a different frequency? Email info@oveeskinhealth.com and we will change it on your subscription. Those two are the only things we have to do at our end rather than you doing them yourself.
To do any of it: log in to your account, go to Subscriptions, and pick the change you want. The link in every renewal email goes to the same place.
If you cancel before an order has been billed, you are not charged. If you cancel just after one has been billed, that order still ships — and our 30-Day Skin Promise covers it like any other.
Your right to cancel, in law
You have 14 days from delivery to cancel any order placed online and get your money back, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
On top of that, our 30-Day Skin Promise applies to every single subscription delivery — if you are not happy with one, tell us within 30 days of it arriving and we will refund it in full, even if you have opened and used it. Full detail on our Refunds & Returns page.
If prices change
We will email you at least 30 days before any price change affects your subscription, with the new price and the date. If you do not want to continue, cancel — you will never be charged the new price without having agreed to carry on.
If a payment fails
Cards expire, banks decline things. If a payment does not go through we will try again a few times over the following days and email you so you can update your card. Nothing ships until it is paid, and we will not quietly cancel your subscription without telling you.
What a subscription is not
Ovée is a cosmetic skincare product, not a medicine, and a subscription does not change that. It is a convenience — the cream arriving before you run out — not a treatment plan. If your child has eczema or a diagnosed skin condition, keep following the advice of your GP or dermatologist. Dr Tim would say the same.
